Terms of Service - Zip Browser VPN

1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the Zip Browser VPN application (the “App”) provided by Qikks Studio (“we”, “us”, or “our”). By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

2. License to Use the App

We grant you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for your own lawful, personal, non-commercial purposes, in accordance with these Terms and the rules of the app store from which you obtained it. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, lease, reverse engineer, or attempt to extract the source code of the App, except to the extent that such restriction is prohibited by applicable law or permitted by the open-source licenses described in our Open-Source Licenses page.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree to use the App, including its browsing, download, and VPN features, only for lawful purposes. You must not use the App to:

Violate any applicable law, regulation, or third-party right;
Access, download, or distribute material that is illegal, infringing, or that you do not have the right to access or distribute;
Transmit malware, attempt to gain unauthorized access to systems, or interfere with any network, server, or service;
Circumvent restrictions in a manner that violates the terms of the services or content you access;
Engage in any activity that harms, harasses, or endangers others.

You are solely responsible for your conduct and for any content you access, download, or transmit through the App.

4. The VPN Feature

The VPN feature encrypts your traffic in transit and routes it through a server you select. It is provided to enhance privacy and security on the networks you use; it does not guarantee anonymity, and it does not exempt you from the laws that apply to you or from the terms of the websites and services you access. VPN availability, server locations, and speeds are not guaranteed and may change. You agree not to use the VPN to bypass laws or to engage in activity prohibited under Section 3.

5. Third-Party Content & Websites

The App is a web browser and provides access to websites and content operated by third parties. We do not own, control, endorse, or assume responsibility for any third-party content, websites, downloads, or services. Your interactions with third-party content are governed by their respective terms and policies and are solely between you and that third party.

6. Advertising

The App is supported by advertising and may display ads, including interstitial ads, served through Google AdMob and mediation partners. Where required by law, ad personalization is subject to your consent, which you can manage in the App. Your use of the App does not entitle you to an ad-free experience unless expressly offered.

7. Intellectual Property

The App, including its name, design, logos, and original software, is owned by Qikks Studio and protected by intellectual property laws. Except for the limited license granted in these Terms, no rights are transferred to you. The App incorporates open-source components that remain subject to their own licenses.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, uninterrupted availability, or security. We do not warrant that the App, the VPN, or the ad/tracker blocking will be error-free, uninterrupted, or that it will block every ad or tracker.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Qikks Studio shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, profits, or goodwill, arising out of or related to your use of or inability to use the App, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability for any claim relating to the App shall not exceed the amount you paid us for the App, if any.

10. Termination

You may stop using the App at any time by uninstalling it. We may suspend or terminate your access to the App or any feature if you violate these Terms or if we discontinue the App. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (including intellectual property, disclaimers, and limitation of liability) will survive.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may modify these Terms from time to time. Changes become effective when we post the updated Terms and revise the “Last updated” date above. Your continued use of the App after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of competent jurisdiction where Qikks Studio operates, unless otherwise required by applicable consumer-protection law.
